14 day restart - Resetting my life

I'm dissatisfied with my current situation, so I'm challenging myself to a 14 day restart. This restart aims to rebuild the essential foundations needed to function in life. The tasks within this challenge are simple but I admit there often neglected. Progress needs change and this cannot happen if the fundamental grounds are weak, so it's time to rebuild these and start again.

The challenge will bring about a lot of positive changes needed in life. For example, it will lead to improved focus and productivity, helping me to be more efficient in my daily tasks. I'll form better habits that support a healthier and more disciplined lifestyle. Enhanced self-control will allow me to make better decisions and resist unhealthy temptations.

Better health is another key benefit, as I will prioritise physical activity and nutrition. Improved time and money management will help me use my resources more efficiently, reducing stress and increasing my financial stability. Ultimately, this challenge aims to stimulate personal improvement, helping me build a better self and achieve my current goals.

The two main objectives I am working on to improve within the 14 day challenge are discipline and health. To make everything more defined and measurable, the two main goals have been cut down into ten smaller tasks.


Priority One - Discipline

  • Task 1 - Master your routine

  • Task 2 - Prepare for everyday life and the unexpected

  • Task 3 - Hold yourself accountable

  • Task 4 - Track income, hours worked and spending habits

  • Task 5 - Fill procrastination with better activities


Priority Two - Health

  • Task 1 - Take pride in your appearance

  • Task 2 - exercise weekly

  • Task 3 - eat three meals

  • Task 4 - cut out junk food

  • Tall 5 - hydrate every day
